Autodesk Revit

Mallot Creek has adopted the newest technology in building design and document creation called Revit, a Building Information Modelling (BIM) software platform.

Revit, uses intelligent three dimensional modelling, allowing the ability to conceptualize the entire project before it becomes a reality. Imagine seeing your building design brought to life, with representations of real physical building components, before a shovel hits the ground. This is extremely beneficial because, unlike the traditional Computer Aided Design programs, which provide only ‘flat’ views, this additional detail helps to avoid oversights or confusion between engineering disciplines.

Revit allows for the project to be layered, piece by piece, so inter-references are clear allowing for:

• Schedules of building elements can be created instantly
