Description

At Mallot Creek, our Project Managers are here to provide early consultation services that will establish project requirements and objectives, how they can be achieved, and the budgets and timelines needed to do so.  They will also act as an intermediary between our clients, contractor, applicable regulatory authorities and our design team to ensure all parties remain on the same page throughout the course of the project, ultimately providing a facility that encompasses the clients’ vision.

Project Management Services

  • Work with clients to create a Project Plan defining key project benchmarks and timelines
  • Provide High Level budgets and schedules
  • Create Request for Proposal document packages on clients behalf
  • Compile documentation and submit Site Planning and Development Applications, Minor Variance Applications and Building Permit Applications on client’s behalf
  • Generate Project Tender documents and Bidder’s List
  • Coordinate 3rd party services (Geotechnical, Sprinkler, Land Survey, etc.)

 

Construction Management Services

  • Create list of Pre-Qualified Contractor & Sub-Contractors for Construction Bids
  • Contractor Selection using a Weighted Decision Matrix
  • Contract Administration Services (Shop Drawing review, manage Change Orders, Site Instructions, etc.)
  • Periodic site inspections as per Ontario Building Code requirements
  • Attend scheduled meetings, record meeting minutes, prepare and distribute Progress Reports

Key Deliverables

  • Maintain line of communication between all involved parties throughout course of project
  • Submit applicable permits and applications on clients behalf
  • Maintain required project documentation
  • Final review and signoff
