Project: HACCP Program Development – Ready Meals

This facility was attempting to get their regulatory compliance program (Canadian Food Inspection Agency Food Safety Enhanacement program) approved by CFIA so that they could proceed with a final inspection to obtain registration and licensing but they were struggling with this process. Mallot Creek was hired to take over the process and completed the written programs, obtained approval, participated in the final inspection and ultimately CFIA registration and licensing was obtained.
