Project: Facility Expansion for Second Shift

Twenty-seven simultaneous projects were undertaken in a massive renovation for Canada’s largest pork processing facility. Mallot Creek Group was called in to lead design, procurement of services, and construction management for the building and process expansion. In addition to the primary space requirements, auxiliary systems were upgraded, including tank storage and carcass rails. A dehumidification system was added to reduce moisture build-up during the sanitation process. This system is the largest of its kind of Canada. Mallot Creek Group provided full-time on site assistance for a full year in order to aid with the management of projects.
