Project: GFSI Program – Bread Sticks (Grissini) Manufacture

This new facility needed to obtain BRC certification to meet their customer requirements. Mallot Creek was hired to initiate and lead the process. We worked with site personnel to develop, finalize and implement programs for the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, and participated in the initial certification audit. The project was finished once certification was obtained.
