Our engineering team was fully involved in the design and construction of this companies new facility which then needed to obtain CFIA registration and licensing in order to continue manufacturing and offering the same products as at its old site. Mallot Creek’s food safety team was tasked with the initiation and leading of the food safety registration and licensing process. Mallot Creek initiated the registration and licensing process, utilized and updated the sites existing FSEP program from the old site to meet the CFIA FSEP requirements and to reflect the new site. We obtained approval, participated in the final inspection and ultimately CFIA registration and licensing was obtained.
