Project: HACCP Program – Meat Containing Salad Kits
This existing facility needed to obtain CFIA registration and licensing as a meat plant in order to manufacture and interprovincially trade & export meat-containing salad kits. Mallot Creek was hired to initiate and lead the process. Mallot Creek initiated the registration and licensing process as well as utilized and updated the sites existing SQF program to meet the CFIA FSEP requirements. Completing the project, Mallot Creek participated in the final inspection and helped the client obtain CFIA registration and licensing.
