Project: Ice Cream Manufacturer Process Improvement
Through an assessment of this manufacturers Ice Cream production processes, MCG identified 6 critical constraints limiting their capacity. Concluding the assessment, a number of counter-measures to each constraint were presented in a production analysis report which balanced both capital and non-capital improvement recommendations. Over the following 10 months, MCG and the client formed a partnership to take on the recommended counter-measures. Together their efforts resulted in an increase in overall ice cream volume by +40%!
