Project: Live Receiving & Slaughter Expansion

This was a multi-phase 90,000 square foot addition designed to meet the growing consumer demand and to modernize primary slaughter process of Canada’s leading independent chicken processor. Mallot Creek Group was actively the engineering consultants for the addition, from concept of design, process consulting, and following through to CFIA approval. Mallot Creek has been involved with the client for numerous projects including conducting pre-start health and safety reviews.
