Project: Mid-West Distribution Center

This federally regulated, temperature controlled facility was designed to this client’s growing distribution requirements in the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Design capacity is high density cubic storage for 18,000 pallet positions in cooled and frozen environments with 32 active dock doors. Mallot Creek Group acted as Consultants from concept to property purchase and through to CFIA approval and facility commissioning.
