Mallot Creek Group acted as Engineer of Record for process and building utilities for this premiere state-of-the-art facility in Canada, supplying North America with high end confectionery. The manufacturing of chocolate and confectionery products requires a highly controlled environment: air systems and process water systems were particularly demanding. Mallot Creek managed all aspects of the utilities equipment procurement and installation contracts, including specifications, tendering, inspection, and control. Concept to completion of this project spanned over 18 months.
