Bruce held various positions with leading food processing firms in the Canadian food industry. This real world experience has allowed Bruce to effectively manage food processing facilities, prospering from his understanding of the food industry, particularly business strategy, financial analysis and modelling and marketing.
Bruce has conducted feasibility studies, strategic business analysis and business plan development for small, medium and large food-based companies in North America and internationally. Bruce has taken his understanding of the strategic process and assisted many food processors in assessing the operational realities and intricacies of running food operations and identified achievable scenarios and solutions to meet their unique business situations.
With over three decades in the Food and Beverage industry,Tito possesses substantial industrial food processing design experience and a realistic approach to enginering projects for the food and beverage industry. He is well versed in design, construction, project management of controlled-environment manufacturing, storage and distribution facilities. Tito is also fully conversant with regulatory and certification requirements for food manufacturing facilities, HACCP principles and design for regulatory compliance. Prior to co-founding Mallot Creek Group, Tito was the Senior Engineering Executive for a leading national food manufacturing and marketing company in Canada.more
